Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.
The closest dual capacitor, to the 2uf & 40uf, is 3766-CAP-40/3/440R-ND.
This one is 3uf & 40uf, and is rated for 370-440V.
I did not find a 2uf & 40uf, or a higher voltage for the 3uf & 40uf.
Please check the datasheet to help verify if this may work in your application.
