Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. I checked for options and wasn’t able to find a fit/form/function alternate but I did find a similar option in part FCA-325-AY4-ND that you may want to look at.

The FCA-325-AY4 is a 25A chassis mount relay where the M230 is a 10A subminiature can, so the contact form matches but not the size or current class. Leach’s own YC sits in that same 10A / 28VDC / 3PDT slot if you can buy from them direct. What coil voltage is the 004M?

The ES310E2AD appears to have essentially the same form, fit, and functions.

Note that the image presented shows the variant with hook-type contacts, whereas the ES310E2AD has PC pins like the M230-D1A-004M.

We do not stock this part, but one could order the part in multiples of 24 pieces.
