Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. I checked for options and wasn’t able to find a fit/form/function alternate but I did find a similar option in part FCA-325-AY4-ND that you may want to look at.

The FCA-325-AY4 is a 25A chassis mount relay where the M230 is a 10A subminiature can, so the contact form matches but not the size or current class. Leach’s own YC sits in that same 10A / 28VDC / 3PDT slot if you can buy from them direct. What coil voltage is the 004M?
