I purchased Arduino UNO Q 4GB (ABX00173) from here Digikey and received it today.
After unboxing, I found that it is still maked as “ABX00162” on its back side,
indicating that it is UNO Q 2GB version. Is it all right ?
The LPDDR4 RAM is marked as “5MB77 D8CJC”.

This sounds like a mix up between part number 1050-ABX00162-ND and 1050-ABX00173-ND. You can contact customer support at customer.service@digikey.com to discuss solutions to this issue.

Arduino did not spin a new PCB on the 2GB vs 4GB:
2GB on left, 4GB on right.. same ABX00162
4GB Micron: MT53E1G32D2FW-046-AIT-B LPDDR4 part detail | Micron Technology Inc. → 32Gb / 8 → 4GB
2GB Micron: MT53E512M32D1ZW-046-WT-B LPDDR4 part detail | Micron Technology Inc. → 16Gb / 8 → 2GB
