The 9-pin micro-D appears to be a format that’s primarily found in the mil/aero market space, so the offerings are neither broad nor inexpensive. That said, we do have a few contact assemblies in stock here, and one right angle backshell assembly here.
Note that the right angle portion of your request does limit things a bit; if there’s any margin for negotiation, there are some cable assemblies that might be of use here.
