Can the part marking be J3 instead of J8?
The datasheet calls-out for a tolerance under the “Marking of 5%”

The data sheet says J8 for that part number. I see the B version with part number MMSZ5248B was marked with the J3 suffix. MMSZ5248B onsemi | Discrete Semiconductor Products | DigiKey
You can see the data sheet and it does list the J3 for the part mark. The reason I gave the product page liks this , is beacuse we do list some substitutes listed as direct. You were close, but this one appears to be what you have.
