MTBF data or information

Hello, We placed MEU1S0505ZC on Digikey and We want to have
MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) data or information.

In data sheet, we saw MTTF information but couldn’t get MTBF data.

Please check it and give me answer ASAP.
