FIT MTBF data for d

I’m looking on the Diodes incororated website but can not find any FIT or MTTF data. Anyone know how to get this information?

Welcome to the DigiKey tech forum community.

I was not able to locate any Mean time to failure or mean time between failure for these Diodes. None of the documentation we have on this gives that information nor does the Diodes Inc website.

I will have to reach out to our product management team to see if they can obtain that information from Diodes inc. This may take some time to complete however. I will post an update here once I have some results. Sorry for the inconvenience.
