Reliability data for Diodes Inc ICs

Hi,

I’m trying to find MTTF/MTBF or FIT data for the following Diodes Inc parts:

  • AP7370-50Y-13
  • AH1809-W-7

I’m aware that AP7370 is NRND - this is to evaluate an existing design for a client.

Unlike other manufacturers Diodes Inc don’t seem to post this data publically, and their technical support haven’t been helpful.

Are DigiKey able to obtain this data?

Thanks for contacting DigiKey , per our policy we will need a sales order number that these were purchased on before I can request the information from the product management department , include the part numbers in the email also , you can email that information to applications.engineering@digikey.com .
