Good morning. Jenny Reigstad referred me here for Multitech support.

Has anyone successfully used this product in a Trihedral VTScada alarm system? Other VTScada integrators have got this device to send but not receive.

I am not familiar with a Trihedral VT Scada alarm system but looking at the MultiConnect® microCell MTCM-LNA3 User Guide it looks like you need to use UDP to receive (see section on page 19 Configuring Device as UDP Listener to Accept UDP Client Connections).

  1. Does this device conform to the ETSI TS 100 585 GSM spec?
  2. Will the configuration software run on Windows 10, 11 &/or Windows Server 2022?

Based on MultiTech MTCM-LNA3-B03-KIT product page, there is a link to the AT Command document AT Commands for LAT3, LVW3, LNA3, LNA4, and LEU4 devices .In this document there is a reference to:

So, according to the Telit “LE910 V2 SERIES AT COMMANDS REFERENCE GUIDE” the device supports the GSM ETSI command set.

Regarding “2. Will the configuration software run on Windows 10, 11 &/or Windows Server 2022?”
Per MultiTech, their Configuration Manager supports Windows 8 and 10. See link Connection Manager | Multi-Tech Systems, Inc.
