I am curious, do you make an adjustable version of this converter in the 1/8 brick package?

I checked in our system but unfortunately I was unable to find an adjustable version for this part.
is there a 1/8 brick or 1/16 brick converter that has the 18 to 75V input and is adjustable?
Can you define the range for which it must be adjustable, and the max output current?
We need a converter that can be adjusted from 3.3V to 28V. With an input voltage range of 30-48 V. Need 4 amp continuous. Need around a 1/16 to 1/8 brick package size. I have looked at MPS and VICORS. This far.
