Thank you for your response, our requirement was M83513/13-E01CP and the subsitute is IM83513/13-E01CP-ND,
Are the specs. same? Will it affect the performance of the PCB in any way?

It looks to be the same part number but supplied by ITT Cannon, so it will have the same PCB layout. I did not find any differences in the parts specifications.
