I need help finding this varistor. I contacted the technical support for Digi-Key, but they weren’t able to find the exact one. Would anyone be able to help lead me in the right direction?

What you have there would appear to be one of these kyocera products. (there is a difference in lead spacing, if I read the datasheet correctly)
These products have similar key specs, and benefit of being in stock. I can’t say for certain, but I expect that any of them could serve the need.
