Could I get some help identifing this IC?
It is 16.70mm by 16.70mm and 4.75 mm tall
It also has 32 gull wing leads.
Based off the markings I couldn’t find something similar online. It is used on a HVAC fan control board if that helps at all. Any information would be greatly appreciated! You guys are awsome!

The part number ADUC848BSZ32-5-ND enters quite nicely into the DK search bar for me…
Awsome thank you, I was looking into that chip and I think it might need to be flashed with a particular type of EPROM. Is this true? I am just wondering beacuse if I purchase this componet would it work without me flashing anything on the chip.
Data would need to be added to the chip for it to work.
Either you can program it your self or if you have that data available to can e-mail custom.orders@digikey.com with that data and the item number and ask them if they are able to do so for you.
