Denon AVR-X3100w kept going into thermal protection. Disassembled and found one of the two thermistors off the board from contact with mounted heat sink. R7012 is listed as 470ohms and 65°c trip while its counter part R7014 is listed as 470ohms 115°c trip. Any help identifying a replacement for each would be much appreciated

Thank you for contacting DigiKey , below is a link for the 470Ohm PTC thermistors we have to offer , without knowing the size of the parts on the board I cannot narrow it down any further , you will have to measure the ones on the board and apply filters fir that size .
