Need help with relay cross reference

Greetings all. I am new to this forum and hope I’m in the right place.

I need to replace the relay shown in the attached photo. If anyone can provide a replacement part number I would sincerely appreciate your assistance. The relay is installed on a welding machine mig wire feed printed circuit board that also supplies a trigger inout to a high amperage contactor.

The relay part number I am try to replace is as follows:

FEME MZP
A 100 49 05

Hopefully the additional information with the data sheet will help. I just could not find an alternative and we do not carry this one.
