Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. I’m not able to identify the part based on the markings. You don’t by chance have a schematic for the board that may list the value of this part which looks like it would be D29 ?

no on schematic. its similar to a ss24 diode but voltage shouldnt be no more then 15v were the output charger is 12v 2a
