On page 4 of the part’s datasheet there is a link to the controller for the capacitive touch panel. On that controller’s datasheet it specifies:
It should be noted that whatever method you’re using to interface with this display (Parallel,24-Bit (RGB), or I²C), your controller will need to also be powerful enough to transmit the video data.
