Customer has part # 15025PA-24N-BB. Will the 15025PA-24N-AA work in its place?
What are the differences ?

I am unable to find anything on the -BB suffix, and it does not come up on the manufacture’s website. This may be a proprietary part number. Your customer should check the datasheet for the 15025PA-24N-AA fan, to verify compatibility to their application.
I also searched Google, and the 15025PA-24N-BB fan may have 4 wires, for a PWM control. The 15025PA-24N-AA will just have 2 wires, for the 24VDC input, with no controller wires.
This resource would seem to indicate the that suffix implies a device with a conformally-coated PCB and speed control input.
