I want to know if the X-Ray Bonding position of this Part number is not the same, will it affect its efficacy? Or is this normal?

Where did you buy units, can you share the date codes?

This would depend on the die, you should etch the coating to see the metal connection layers.

I’m betting there was a change in the die or a produced from a different fab.

Make sure to check for a die revision…
