A -Very Small Micro connector having .050" (1.27mm) can carry 3 amps and much larger size, Nano on .025 (.64mm) can carry 1 Amps Centerline.

A - While the MIL-SPEC standards specify 500 mating cycles for Micro connectors and 200 for Nano connectors, Omnetics Micro and Nano series have significantly exceeded these benchmarks completely successful passing various methods for testing up to 2,000 mating cycles.
Q - What is terminate an Omnetics connector for a reliable signal connection?
A - These Micro & Nano connectors require a very precise connection usually created with an automated machine where there are no hand crimpers available. These tiny connectors are pretty much perinatally installed for cable harnessing where they can be molded and are usually locked in with epoxy.

Q - I want to order one of your parts, shown in your catalog how can I do that?
A - When ordering parts from your catalog there are specific part numbers assigned for each part. This being the case, there are value add groups that can show specific custom part number before building them, they are assigned to. They may assign you a special part number for you to place your order for that particular part.
Q - Looking at all of the specific part numbers in your catalog or site, do they comply to RoHS?
A - All Connector’s meet and comply to RoHS.
Q - What other connector qualifications does have certifications for regarding any QPL for Military?
A - Omnetics is fully approved for MIL-DTL-32139 & MIL-DTL-83513.
