The closest alternate is 1727-4250-1-ND, which can handle higher voltage and current.

First thing is, those are Zener diodes, and will function differently.
Also, the 250mW is a wattage, and not the same as the 200mA, which is an amperage rating.
Using ohms law, 250mW and 5V, would handle about 50mA.
