Hopefully this is the proper forum for making this request.
I’m looking for a replacement or equivalent for what I believe is a power MOSFET for my Huanyang VFD.
The VFD has six of these and I’m told they all have to be identical. (Pictures attached)
Can you please provide a quote for 8 of these with shipping to 14621 in the US ?

The device you are looking for is an Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT). I believe this is the original datasheet:
This appears to have a 25 A 1200 V rating. Devices such as this Infineon IGW25N120H3FKSA1 may be an alternative.
I’m hesitant to say that the Infineon component IS a substitution, as your high-power motor drive has been optimized and tuned specifically for the Jaiensemi IGBT. In my opinion, high power circuits push the devices to their limits. Everything must work as a holistic system to prevent unstable operation and destruction of the device.
On the other hand, if you are unable to procure the Jaiensemi components, the cost of the Infineon IGBT is low relative to the cost of a new drive. It’s worth a try.

P.S. Be sure to replace the IGBT driver IC and associated components such as bootstrap diodes and capacitors. With the rapid disassembly event (IGBT explosion), chances are very high that the drive and associated components are damaged. Fail to address these components and your new IGBTs will go up in smoke.
