Looking for a replacement part IRGP20B120U-E

I am looking for a replacement for IRGP20B120U-E for a power supply.

I found one on digikey that looks like it would fit but the minimum order is 53. IRGP20B120UD-EP International Rectifier | Discrete Semiconductor Products | DigiKey Marketplace
This also features a recovery diode which the original doesn’t have.

Anyone able to recommend anything?
Something that is quick delivery within Australia also?

Everything else I have found is listed as obsolete with similar specs.
I am thinking I will need to go above the ratings of the existing one.

Maybe this one?

Have I overlooked anything when looking for a replacement?

The equipment is always the unknown. Was it designed specifically to accommodate the unique characteristics of the IRGP20B120U-E (now infineon)?

My impression is that you are on the correct track. Yes, perhaps it is best to avoid the integral diode if not included in the original.

Please consider the devices listed below. Both are in stock.

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee long-term success for this substitution.

P.S. Is the driver intact? It’s been my experience that a damaged output device releases the magic smoke from the driver.
