Product description on DigiKey says: General Purpose Relay DPDT (2 Form C) 24VDC Coil DIN Rail.
Phoenix Contact product page says the relay is supposed to be a safety relay with force-guided contacts.

Force guided contacts mean that the normally closed and normally open contacts can never be closed at the same time.
The manufacturer’s product specifications are to be considered authoritative, as they’re the party responsible for determining what those specifications will be and producing product in conformity therewith.
Information on the DigiKey site is simply the result of an aggregation process that is subject to error.
