Plc interface question

I want to use a Panasonic PLC ( AFP0RC16CT or similar) for an industrial machine application. The machine will run 5 related product jobs from the same core program, but each requires just a few program tweaks.

So that employees with no programming knowledge can change product jobs, can you suggest a SIMPLE interface that would make job changes easy (rather than going to a computer and downloading the unique job needed)?
maybe SD cards?
maybe different Panasonic PLC that can store multiple jobs internally, etc…

I would imagine that it should be possible to use a few inputs to read the state of a selector switch and execute a corresponding function.
