For what it’s worth, the process of instantiating a new part has numerous moving parts; pricing, trade compliance, data management, etc. The ones are necessary to show a part aren’t exactly the same as those needed to sell it, so it’s not uncommon for new parts to be visible for a time before they’re orderable.
