Please identify the components part numbers using part marking

please help me to find out following attached part marked images and send the full part numbers

1. VJ-6pin
2. CBAH-5 PIN
3. EGAD HSB-6PIN

Thank you for the images.

I am not able to exactly pinpoint the part with the CBA marking, but the most common item with that marking is a DC/DC converter in the SOT-25 package. It might be XC9235B1ACMR-G from Torex. XC9235B1ACMR-G Torex Semiconductor Ltd | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | DigiKey

I was not able to verify the other two part numbers.

Check the VJ-6pin chip again.
Unsolder it and check the pins carefully.
There should be 5 pins.

Dear sir

I would rechecked it has 6 pins.
Out of 6 pins, 2 pins are not connected.
Remaining out of four, VCC, GND, Output and anthoer pin is through 8K ohms grounded

Please suggest me suitable IC Datasheet.

I was unable to find any match to the VJ part marking, with 6 leads.
Maybe Adam7 will have better luck.

Can you show us a photo of the desoldered chip from the top and bottom?
I have only 2 options:
1 - this is RN4909 (6 legs)
2 - this is 74LVC1G17GW,125 (5 legs)
