I need help identifying a suspected PNP BJT. The part marking is “JY” with a sideways 8. The collector-base voltage is 0.773V and 1.426V. I also have another suspected NPN BJT that has a Marking of “1GM” with a sideways 8 as well. Let me know if you need anything else.
The Base-Collector voltage is 0.643V and the Base Emitter is 0.648V.
Hello,
I believe the 1GM part mark would ne part number MMBTA06LT1GOSCT-ND on this link:
The only thing I can find for the JV is the Bav199 like DigiKey part number BAV199-TPMSCT-ND on this link: BAV199-TP Micro Commercial Co | Discrete Semiconductor Products | DigiKey
You can review these to see if you think they could work.
Hello,
One that has a JY marking is 2SK208-Y(TE85LF)CT-ND. The J for the Type Name, and Y for the IDSS classification for 1.2~3.0mA.
Any of the MMBTA06 should have the 1GM marking. Click here for those options
