There are alot of different power entry connectors and most of them are very recognizable visually.
However, They are still sometimes difficult to find without knowing the industry term for the connector style. such as the following:
This connector is probably one of the most common and recognizable power entries and is found practically everywhere including desktop computers, and many other electronic devices.
This is known as the IEC 320-C14.

The connector that mates with this power entry connector is IEC 320-C13 and is usually found on power cords.
