Yes, The rating of 250V is maximum rating. It will not be damaged by that voltage or anything lower. I will also add that this product has a 10A current rating. Which is also a maximum rating. Anything under 10A is what the product was designed for.
Should I change the fuse to match the voltage being used?
ANSWER:
No. The 250V rating is a maximum rating and lowering that will not help provide extra protection. Fuses work as a function of amperage, in this case 10A. It will blow at that current regardless of the voltage being applied.
