Product: PANW103395-395 would this be able to replace a thermoking tripac evolution sensor?

Hi I am trying to replace a bad Thermoking Tripac Evolution temperature sensor thermistor wondering if your product would work to replace because I am no able to find at any Thermoking near me neither have I been able to find online. So I was thinking about going different route. This is the table I have under schematics what the temperature sensor must be reading. I know it varies a little but I am still curious. Thanks for your time.
