Question/Concern regarding 3237-PCB_BARE_BOARD-ND

Hello,

Earlier this year we ordered 6 groups of boards throught DKRed which were all given the PN 3237-PCB_BARE_BOARD-ND by DigiKey. We recently began work on these boards and noticed that the soldermask layers seemed to be flipped. Please see the images below, showing what the PCB Builder Viewer previewed them as looking like and what they looked like upon arrival:

We just want to verify whether there was some sort of mistake during manufacturing, or there was something wrong with the files we provided.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Based on your PCB Builder preview this definitely looks like a manufacturing defect.

I’ve brought this to the attention of the appropriate people. We will be reaching out.
