I put 1 item in the cart and have no idea how I can get the quotation. Could you provide me any manual or some suggestion?

The cart functionality is used for purchasing; to create a quote, begin by adding the desired items to a list, and use the “Create Quote” feature noting, as mentioned in this thread, that the functionality may not be immediately available for newly-created user accounts.
