Quoting new parts

I am new to this electronic business, really I am a pure scientist but these applied skills are very useful. I need to get many compounets for a circuits. These are not readily available on the internet, I think i need to fill in forms for quotes for each one from companies. Is there a way to do just one form.

You will need the part numbers, or good descriptions of the parts, and the quantities you want quoted.
