This part was obsoleted in 2021, and we do not have a datasheet for it.
I checked on the Renesas website, and searching the part number only brings up the End of Life Notice. You can either search on Google, or contact the manufacture to see if they have it in their archives.

I did come across this document which is either the correct user manual, or one for related parts from the SH7059 family of microcontrollers.
I found that document on the Renesas R4F70590KAFPV page.
Note, the “L” in your part number is a temperature grade rating of -40°C to 105°C whereas a “K” represents a -40°C to 125°C rating.
