RangeAnt MAX Antennas

MAX antennas from RangeAnt are omnidirectional wideband antennas, specially designed for ranges of 700 to 3000 MHz. The goal of these antennas are to make it easier to launch a product for the global market thanks to these antenna supporting all frequency bands in this range.
RangeAnt currently provides 2 options for connections. The RA150-CX1 (3658-RA150-CX1-ND) has a 150 mm coax cable with a male SMA contact.

RAT150-IPX (3658-RA150-IPX-ND) has a UFL/IPX connector

Each connection type has their VSWR, return loss and efficiency scale conveniently stamped on their surface. The MAX antennas datasheet provides larger graphs of the efficiency/VSWR/Return Loss and includes the frequency bands of cellular standards.

Return Loss

MAX antennas are suitable with many communication protocols such as Bluetooth, ZigBee, LPWAN (LoRa, Sigfox, Weightless etc.), WiFi, 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, NB-IoT and more.

The unique design of the antenna enables it to operate independent of a separate ground-plane to achieve full performance. This can reduce both the size and number of other components in the system, thus simplifying system design of the final product.
