Regarding ROHS marking of SKY13351-378LF

regarding SKY13351-378LF, parts with 16+ date code are printed with e3 on the labels and parts with 17+ date code are printed with e4, but I can not find any PCN docs on skyworks website ,how to explain such change of lead material?thx
