Hello,

I am currently working with the ZSSC3286 together with the Communication Board (CB FW: 4.23). When using the GUI, I receive a message stating that the device firmware is too old and requires an update to FW version 1.2.

Could you please let me know where I can obtain the firmware update file (FW 1.2) for the ZSSC3286?

Hello karl.avoce,

From what I was able to find it appears that page 68 of the datasheet indicates that the firmware will update via IO-Link or via I2C interface for Renesas provided Code.
