Request for BootLoader.exe and documentation for SSC Communication Board firmware update

Hello,

I am currently working with an SSC Communication Board (version V4.1) running firmware version 4.19.
In order to ensure compatibility with the ZSSC3286 GUI software, I would like to update the board to
the latest available firmware version (for example, 4.23).

For this update, I kindly request:

  • The BootLoader.exe tool required to flash the SSC CB microcontroller,
  • The updated documentation describing the firmware update procedure.

Could you please provide the BootLoader.exe package and the corresponding instructions, or advise me
on the proper process to obtain them?

I have the same problem, firmware download, but where find bootloader.exe.

The only place I can find mention of this in the documentation indicates to contact IDT to get access to the BootLoader.exe file.

That company would now be Renesas. You would want to reach out to Renesas to ask for this.

You can find it in the V3.3 documentation. It’s the same for V4.1. (Bootloader for SSC V4.1)
