Im applying 24v+ to A2- and A1+ and getting no continuity on 1, L1 and 2, T1.
I’m not well versed in these SSR’s but from what I see, that part has an AC only output, so most continuity tests won’t work (nearly all continuity testers are DC only).

Paul’s observation is correct; the device is designed for zero-cross control of an AC output between 42 and 660VAC, and as such should not be expected to show continuity at the output in the same manner that a conventional mechanical contact relay would.
Thank you guys so much for the info, switched to diode mode on the meter and was able to see the 2 volts pass through it.
