The published data sheet for NCU15XH103D6SRC has an RT curve in the form of a small chart. I need to get the data in table form for it to actually be useful. Preferably one table for each beta, i.e. B25/85). I was unable to locate such information on the website. Can i request this info be sent to me? or give me link? Thanks!

Thank you! Yes i found it right after i posted my question. Naturally, i would not have found it if i didn’t ask. The table isn’t in a very friendly format. csv would be nice.
Are there any other RT tables available? Specifically interested in the B25/85 and B25/100.

Only the B(25/50) is available.
Saving as a .txt and using the Excel text import can get a person there in a matter of seconds.
Also, the SimSurfing tool mentioned above can export in spreadsheet formats.
That’s the sort of question a person should ask carefully. Understand that beta values are something of a quick & dirty approximation that can be generated or transposed mathematically, and the tables derived from various temperature points are simply smearing the errors in the approximation around differently. It’s not always obvious whether any given table one might come across is a tabulation of values per the approximation, or a representation of part behavior.
It’s a territory where one can easily go off into the weeds on either side of the road, wasting time on things that don’t actually matter or neglecting to account for things that do…
