We would not have anything that would be plug and play for your car.

You’ll need to identify the LEDs to find equivalents. This would mean disassembling the lamp, extracting the LED assembly and identifying the components or uploading a photo

There are BMW light specialists in the UK for car headlights: I’d try them as a first resource but also look on GS forums for suggestions
