The Seeed Studio water flow sensor 114991176 outputs a pulsed signal as the water flow through the internal rotar. The output signal for “output low” is <0.5VDC and the “high level” is >4.7VDC with a 5V supply. The output duty cycle is 50%±10%. As the speed changes with the flow rate, the hall effect sensor outputs the corresponding pulsed signal as seen in the animation.
