SEN0469 working life etc

I’m having problems with NH3 sensor by DFROBOT SEN0469. They seem to only last 2-3 months until they start to only show 0 or 100 ppm. I haven’t gotten any responses from them so I’m trying this way.

Also is there any technical difference that the sen0469 sensors would need to be constantly powered or if the power is cut off while esp32 is in deep sleep considering that when waking up the sensors gets warm up time of 3 minutes?

Sensors are connected to an esp32 via i2c and they use the version 2.0.0 DFRobot_MultiGasSensor.h of the library.

What version do you have for an adapter board?

version 1.1. Changing probes with different boards also brings the probes values with them so it’s definitely the probes.

update: DFROBOT answered and I’m now discussing this with them.
