Shelf Life of Item# A332B-4-ND

Hello,

My team is requesting information on why item# A332B-4-ND states a 144 month shelf life on Digikey’s ecommerce webpage but on the OEM’s website it states 5 years, can you please advise what the correct shelf life is? Thanks in advance.

I believe what you’re looking at is the difference between Maximum Shelf Life and Minimum Dimensional Life.

They indicate Maximum Shelf Life may require recertification which means the parts need to be evaluated down the road to ensure they still meet requirements.
