berk_2, we actually do carry the manufacturer in question. I will also reach out to the supplier. They may be able to respond a little faster to us. If it is okay with you, I will pass the picture to them to see if they can identify this. What kind of documentation were you hoping to receive?

I guess it is a programmed IC, I wanted to learn the pinouts. For now, the problem seems to be another IC. If the problem is with this one, there is no need for FMD IC PDF.
