This switch is listed as SP4T. Here is an example of my understanding of the “Traditional” SP4T configuration:

The data sheet shows this pattern:

Question: How do I connect the pins from the data sheet to get the “Traditional” SP4T configuration?

Try connecting the two middle positions and using them as the “common” terminal.
