To design in this part, we need the detailed datasheet. The Data Brief is not enough. ST indicates that we need to go through the distributor to get that. Please help.

Usually when they only have a datasheet brief, they require an NDA to get the full datasheet, and that is done directly with the supplier. I’m not sure how STMicro handles it. I will check with them, and see what I can find out. I will post a reply when I get some information.

The reply from the manufacture was: Yes, customer needs an NDA to get the full datasheet. Alternatively, they could obtain the full datasheet for the provisioned version of the same TPM (ST33KTPM-IDevID) from st.com. This is the same exact TPM so all the specifications apply. The standard version ST33KTPM2X32DKG9 wouldn’t be provisioned so those sections of the -IDevID wouldn’t apply.

If this is not enough, you will have to contact the manufacture directly about getting an NDA established with them.
