Noticing Issues with Parts
Are you finding parts that could be malfunctioning or showing signs of issues, and not sure where to report the problem? Here’s a short post to help guide you in the recommended direction.
Note: Make sure to log in to your DigiKey account on the website and have your invoice number handy, as these will be required to complete the process.
Step-by-Step Process
- Go to the DigiKey website - DigiKey Website.
- Click on the Need Help? tab, located on the right side of the DigiKey home page.
- After clicking the tab, a set of options will appear in the center of the screen.
- Click on the Return an item or report an order issue tab. This will bring you to a set of questions to start the process in reporting the request.
