That’s an old Siemens SCR rated for 700V and 16A RMS in a TO-220 package. I found a data book here that contains some information starting on page 188.
I don’t think we have an exact match for all of its characteristics, but the following seem to be in the ballpark:
TYN816RG 800V 16A SCR
CS19-08HO1 800V 29A SCR
TN5015H-8T 800V 50A SCR
